Ok for oil changes, overpriced for anything else, go to another mechanic or do it yourself. They wanted to charge me over $850 to replace my backup camera... Found a replacement camera for under $150 and was able to change it myself in less than 15 min having never done it before. They extremely exaggerate the amount of labor required. I get it's a business but charging 3+ hours for a 15 min job is unethical in my.opinion.
I needed emissions and some recalls done on my 2014 Ford Fusion. My first call was to Gissel to schedule all of this. She was great! She took the time to listen to my concerns on my vehicle and see which recalls it needed. Next I talked to James in parts. He made sure the important brake recall parts would be in stock when I brought my car in. He was very knowledgeable and got the parts I needed for my car in time. Thanks, James! I paid 400 dollars to have my damaged truck dropped off there at the collision center. The tow truck driver even called to confirm he was good to bring it and they confirmed. They called a couple days later telling me they "do not do collision work" and "need it to be picked up and taken elsewhere." I had them confirm the VIN of the vehicle because they said they would take it and sure enough we were talking about my truck.
