Not good, they never follow through with any appointments. They have picked up my truck and kept for 3 days nothing was ever done. Ford keeps paying to move this truck back and forth with no maintenance being completed.
By far the worst service experience with any Ford dealership. Had my truck for 10hrs and service writer did absolutely nothing with it. Coming up with excuses that were just off the wall. I will never come back to this dealership again for any service. I’ll go back to Ken Garff Ford where they will actually listen and complete what you have asked them to. I wish there was a ZERO star option, cause that’s what this experience deserves.
I have been coming here for over 15 years and I can tell you that the service just gets better. Be sure to use your rewards points people they definitely add up
Horrible experience. Dropped off our F350 diesel Tuesday evening due to a check engine light. We called Wednesday end of day, they didn’t have any updates. We called end of business Thursday, no updates and they didn’t know what was wrong. Friday AM we called, no updates. Friday early afternoon we received an email invoice for 8K. No phone call explaining anything. We called the dealership and first thing they said was “oh, are you calling to pay your invoice?” We were super upset by then.
