Miller Ford Draper for years to service my vehicle, so I want to start by saying this review isn't solely about the dealership--it also reflects my experience with Ford Motor Company overall. Scheduled an appointment with the online scheduler they always push me to, and scheduled it for a pickup/dropoff. No one showed up at the scheduled time. When I called to check on it, their system had simply not scheduled it.
I ordered new logos for my truck waited a month for them to come in, than scheduled install of the logos and after my truck sitting there for almost 3 hrs they told me they sent my logos back! So, waisted my time. Said they were going to re order them.. still have not been called about the “re order” that took place almost a month ago! While my truck was there to get the logos I had them do an oil change.. they did not reset so my dash just keeps yelling about the oil change. Makes me question whether they actually did the o... read more

NEVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE! We dropped our truck off Monday for service, we authorized them to fix the water pump only as that was all we could afford for the moment; we were given a subtotal of one amount and when I picked up the truck this morning, the subtotal was different than what they told us originally, they never mentioned anything to us about a thermostat and O-ring also needing to be replaced just some belts with the water pump and they replaced the thermostat and O-ring without contacting us first!
