I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service at this service shop. What began as a routine oil change quickly turned into a four-day ordeal involving multiple return visits and an entirely avoidable tow. Upon leaving the dealership after the initial service, my truck began smoking. I have been bringing three vehicles of ours here for service for almost 10 years, and each time I am reminded why I need to find another mechanic shop instead. Here is why: I arrived at 7:00am for my scheduled appointment for a simple oil change and for them to look at my suspension which has been shaky. I truly wanted to give Larry Miller Draper a higher rating as I did in a previous rating on this dealership that reflects a quick experience I had months ago… but then I realized this dealerships failure to look below the surface of the size of the iceberg beneath and all the Ford’s transmission problems that plague the GEN 3 and GEN 4 10R80 10 speed Transmission and the fact that this location and possibly others only have two transmission techs. Scheduled an appointment with the online scheduler they always push me to, and scheduled it for a pickup/dropoff. No one showed up at the scheduled time. When I called to check on it, their system had simply not scheduled it.
