Worst experience. Will never be buying a Lincoln again, and cautioning anyone I talk to not to. We bought a 2023 aviator as a late model and it is in the shop again, with only 22k miles on it. It just randomly stopped in the middle of the car line at my daughter school, after about two weeks ago, having to have the control arm replaced, which incidentally caused my tires to all go bad -1800$ to replace those. Not good, they never follow through with any appointments. They have picked up my truck and kept for 3 days nothing was ever done. Ford keeps paying to move this truck back and forth with no maintenance being completed.
