Took my truck into Ford recently and had a great experience. Austin was awesome. Super professional and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and just made the whole thing easy and stress-free.
Service center took great care of me. They got me in and out quickly and without a headache.
Scheduled a recall for the emissions system on our 2018 Ford F250. Took the truck in on a Saturday morning waited until after three to finally get the text that we could pick up the truck. Got there to pick it up and the service technician told us they were not able to install the recall update. Called back on Monday to schedule a second appointment trying to find out why they could not complete the recall. Took 4.5 hours for a basic oil change, and that’s with an appointment …. Service here gets worse and worse.
