Plan for any service to take 2 days, no matter what they say when you drop it off in the morning. Incompetence when it comes to scheduling services and getting done what they say they’ll get done in a particular day. The last 3 times I have scheduled a morning service, they have failed to complete the work the same day, as they stated they would in the morning when the vehicle was dropped off.
For reference, I have put 200,000 miles on my vehicle, and been to Ford Service Centers across the country, including Alaska, Texas, Delaware, South Dakota, etc. This is not my first rodeo, shall we say. I have never had such a terrible experience getting an oil change as I did at LHM, and will never go back. (I got tires there 100,000 miles ago). Service advisors have attitude when you speak to them. O’Meara Ford up the road seems to have friendlier/less overwhelmed service staff.
Alex at Larry Miller Ford went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with some break pads and AC for my Jetta GLI. There was some back and forth between Larry Miller Volkswagen and Larry Miller Ford and Alex made sure I felt listened to and my problems seen. Excellent customer service and helped me with a critical issue in a very timely manner. Thanks Alex and Larry Miller Ford!
Amazing service from the mobile techs! After a fiasco with this dealers service call center in Georgia. Albert was one of the BEST interactions I have had with any dealer service. He came to my house and had my Bronco Raptor ProCal installed perfectly. HIGHLY recommend you use Albert for any mobile service, he is the best!
