Service was great. I arrived a little early and I was taken care of right of way. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Did this on my lunch break and still had time to grab a bite. Thank you
Larry Miller Collision did a great job when our car needed to be repaired after an accident left the entire driver's side damaged. They finished on time and the work was beautifully done.
Reception was nice but when I arrived and they said it was all done and told me where I would find my car in their lot, but it was not there. I went back in to ask for help finding it and The receptionist had to come out and look for it and she couldn’t find it either. Finally I located it and as I got out to my car I found it extremely dusty inside, and there were 3 parts of the car just laying on the front seat. I took them back in and asked are these important? Chantelle was extremely helpful in working on our truck that needed repair. We were in a time crunch and she worked with mechanics to get the job done on time.
I was asked for an explanation for my review. 1. Estimate was way off. I left the car for a day. Estimated at 1 week and $2500. Took 3 weeks and $10k 2. No communication. I called the day before pickup only to find out they were working additional items into the claim. Advised they need another week. The day before estimated pickup I called.
