I’ve never been to this place before but was super happy with it. My car came out looking like it was fresh from the factory. Andrew did incredible work. I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, I kinda wanna wreck my other car So he can make it look better…
Had an insurance claim for collision repair on driver side door and other areas of car. did an excellent job.
I would have originally given this place 5 stars but the only reason why I didn’t is based off of how long it took to get my issue resolved with the previous employee. With the new staff they saved the day. Shout out to Zara. After numerous people saying they help and call me back and bot hearing from anyone. She came through!! Zara listened to my frustration on trying to get issues fixed for years. Than she single handedly assured me she’d keep me posted on where she’s at with getting me in given my particular case. The initial quote stated 15 days for repairs on our '24 Subaru. It has now been over 80 days and they still have our car. The communication has been the most frustrating part. I'm not sure if they would be more responsive if we lived in Utah or if we had help from an insurance agent but this is ridiculous. (We were in town for medical appointments and were rear ended by an uninsured driver.) We've had to fly back to Salt Lake a couple times to continue medical care and they've missed those chances to get our car back.
Outstanding Service!!!! I know this past summer they got a new General Manager; He has worked on my cars in the past. when my wife's car was hit, I knew there was only one place that I wanted to take the car. When I went there and found out that the Manager had left, I knew I had to find out where he went. He is here at Larry H Miller Collision Center In Sandy, I took our car in they did a wonderful job, I was kept up to date of the car's status twice a week via text, every Tuesday and Thursday.
