I got a quote the other day and scheduled an appointment with them for this morning for a repair. When I made the appointment the receptionist said they would help me out with a car that I could use while mine was being worked on, leading me to believe that they would give me a loaner. I got there this morning and they told me I would need to rent a car for the day. So I took my car and left. This was really dishonest of them. I cannot trust them with car if they cannot be honest with me.
Excellent and friendly service. They really took the time to explain everything. Also, I noticed a minor problem with my door after my car was finished. I came back the next day and it was fixed within minutes.
I brought my truck in and had a myriad of issues, Jesse Reynolds walked me through each and every issue, gave me a fair quote for everything and then touched up some of the scratches for free and sealed them! He has made me a lifetime customer!
We brought our Tacoma in for repair. The repair work was done inside of two weeks. They kept in contact and customer service was great. When we came to pick it up the manager offered to touch up some paint not related to the accident claim. He did it while we waited and now our truck looks as good as new.
