Came in the get an estimate on a large dent on my rear passenger side quarter panel. First thing I was told was”oh I think it might be around 10,000$” 2,000$ less than what I purchased the ENTIRE CAR FOR. I was then told they would reach out to me via call to give me a confirmation on the estimate after further review of photos they took and never received anything what a joke
