Communication was almost nonexistent, and Scott the guy I had to deal with was rude and clearly didn’t care.(and requested payment only card or cash!) I was told my truck was moved for alignment on Thursday, so I showed up Friday morning. Turns out, that was either false or pointless the truck didn’t even get into the shop until 7 AM(supposedly sent to Arizona tire pros) and sat there untouched for hours.No real update until 1 PM. Lisa worked wonders for me. I’m visiting for the summer and unfortunately got into an accident toward the end of my trip. Lisa helped guide me through the entire Claims process and made everything much easier to handle. She kept me updated on when my car would be ready and even managed to get the team to finish the repairs ahead of schedule. I really appreciate her support and communication throughout the whole experience.
Having your car smashed when you bought a nice new car always sucks! My 2023 Toyota Crown was recently smashed while parked. I had it towed to Larry h Miller collision center. A wonderful lady by the name of Lisa Sullivan was responsible for putting together an estimate and dealing with my insurance company. She was fantastic from start to finish.
