My truck was backed into Dec. 28th and after a frustrating wait with the insurance company, Larry Miller Ford/Mesa did an excellent job repairing the front end bumper assembly. It was finished a week earlier than expected and they detailed the entire truck to boot!! Great communication during the whole process. Terry, my rep was awesome!!!
I came here before at the old location by the dealership with the old staff and they did good work. So when State Farm recommended them again I felt comfortable. While I was dropping off my car, a customer was having heated words with the new staff, and he wasn't happy with the work done on his truck. That should have been my que to go somewhere else.
