My 2018 Chevy equinox was involved in an accident and The collision department was excellent. My car looks great. They kept me notified during the process. The customer service was so wonderful!!! The girl that sits at the front counter in collision has a contagious smile!!! They are 5 stars !!! Thanks ladies for being SO NICE!
The staff here is absolutely amazing! Erin was so sweet and just a breath of fresh air making sure I was taken care of while my car was being repaired. Jess was great with communicating with me making sure I knew everything was going on with repairs and getting everything done in a timely matter. I just wanted to thank the staff for their help and how generous they were here. I've never experienced such a heartwarming experience getting my car fixed.
Jessica provided excellent service and communication during my repair. She was honest, responsive, and ensured my vehicle was repaired correctly with OEM parts. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Jessica!!
