The service provided by the body shop was unsatisfactory. While I cannot comment on the individuals involved, the final product was subpar, with the paintwork appearing unprofessional. Furthermore, the rear seat was damaged, and the shop has yet to acknowledge responsibility for this issue.

Sam was great! I was sideswiped (minor) on I-25 in my brand-new Fiat 500e, and being that this was their first 24' 500e, the workmanship is flawless! We had a heck of a time finding some parts, due to the car being so new and an import, but once we tracked down the parts from Fiat, the process only took about a week of "repair" time.
