I had a horrible experience with the switch board trying to get through to service. I would ask for a service person and would get kicked back to the lobby. Happened 8 times. Finally I asked for "any other" help and Bruce Weiss in Sales answered. He took my information and promised to hand deliver it to the service group. My problem isn't fixed. But my experience today was a little better with the help of Bruce. Talk to Bruce. Bruce can help.
Jurmaine is the man! He helped my wife and I traded in our car and he got us into a new one and he even brought the car to our house and we did all the paperwork in the comfort of our home! He answered all questions we had, got back to us within minutes of any questions we had, he really is a good guy and we appreciate you Jurmaine.
Had an appt to get my Jeep air conditioning blower replaced that's under warranty, the advisor told me they couldn't do it because needed a diagnostic exam and it had to be done another day. Very upset for loosing a day of work and had to pay for babysitting and all the miscommunication. Save your money and go somewhere else !!!
I waited over 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Totally unacceptable.
