They forgot to check in my vehicle MIs diagnostic of the problem Same issue occurred again today. At my wits end with Larry miller
Trent is great. Makes you feel welcomed and is compassionate. A friendly, happy person. I’m glad they kept him onboard. I’ve seen so much turnovers at this place. Upper management aren’t so friendly or personable they don’t take the time to talk to customers. I think they are just looking at “numbers”
Alyssa did a great job with the motor mount repair. She kept the details clear, stayed professional, and made sure the information was handled without turning it into a drawn out process. Her communication came across steady and easy to follow, and everything felt fair and organized. Alyssa handled the repair with care and made the service feel trustworthy and well managed.
David in the service department was very caring and easy to relate to. However my screen was throwing many codes. The first visit didn’t fix the problem charged $461. Second visit replaced a battery that they and two other mechanics had said was normal $523. Still not fixed. Third visit for diagnostics. I had discovered online this is a common problem—$68 MOPAR part ( CAN-S BUSS) would have fixed it but they needed to run a full electrical diagnostic before trying that. I would highly recommend you go in and ask for Reggie. He was incredible to work with And seem to genuinely care about me being comfortable purchasing a vehicle rather than making a sale. The managers were great. They worked with me, but also didn’t make me feel pressured.
