There were multiple issues during this frustrating service experience. Even though the service offer for the oil change was sent to me via email and accepted when the appointment was made, the service advisor said it was not valid. The 21-point inspection was not completed and the oil change reminder was not reset. I had to speak to the General Manager about these issues.
Called to schedule a recall inspection and was told that it would take a couple hours for the inspection and then when I arrived I was told that it would take the whole day, which was very upsetting, it finally took about 3 and a half hours.
I came in for a recall inspection on a Jeep Gladiator. Service was courteous, communicative, and I knew what to expect up front. I added an oil change and that’s usually pretty expensive because it’s a diesel. Service rep found every special and discount coupon for me to keep the cost down; I was very appreciative of that.
2 hours and 40 minutes for my jeeps first oil change, that i had an appointment for.
