Not very happy with the service. No communication with us. Told them what I wanted done and they ask me three times if I wanted the other stuff fixed that they found that needed work. It was nothing but a hassle. We didn’t have any clue what was being done to our vehicle. I called and no one would answer. Called many times. I will never take it back to them again and warn you not to take yours there.

I visited Larry H. Miller Casa Chrysler Jeep 10/28 to have my oil change and my tires rotated. My Service tech was Isaac and he was very polite and Knowledgeable with my vehicle and they were quick at getting my vehicle Completed in 45 minutes and they found four extra items that needed repair which I will be getting done at a later date but they were very thorough. I will use Larry H. Miller Casa Chrysler Jeep again in the future I’m very happy with their services

I’ve had a lot of bad communication with the service department. I dropped my car off to be serviced and I called them nearly a week later and they said they accidentally assigned it to someone who wasn’t even there but now that I called and reminded them, they finally got started on it. I finally got a text with information on what was wrong - I okayed the charges and I heard nothing. Another few days went by and I finally called again.
