The people here are amazing and have amazing customer service.
I went into Suburu on Thursday with a mission, to come home with that beautiful green 2026 Ascent and Isaac with the team at Larry Miller made it happen. He was patient with my questions and was always checking to make sure I didn’t need water or a snack while I waited. The process was quick and I feel like I got a great deal trading in my Outback, got a great warranty (thanks Jossue!) and 3 free oil changes with the deal as well (thanks Paul!). I’m so happy with my new Suburu!!!
Went in to Larry Miller's for a simple oil change. I usually purchase the prepaid pkg. Took way too long. Apparently after the supposed review was completed once again the suggested issues were numerous, pricey and highly questionable. After researching some of these suggestions I have discovered that numerous Subaru seals begin leaking at 100k miles and a reseal of the entire engine is recommended. To top this not too good visit off the list of suggestions were not included in the synopsis of the days visit.
All was great and my service advisor was friendly and professional. Waiting area was very comfortable.
