Larry Miller Subaru in Boise has been my go-to Subaru repair center since acquiring my Outback. Kudos to Mat Wells, mechanic extraordinaire, who fixed my car’s issue in less than an hour! Thank you again, Mat!
EDIT: The service manager KJ reached out shortly after I left this review. He acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and made it right. I appreciate the quick response and solution. While my forester was in for mx. I asked about trading it in after it was repaired. I have only owned the car for 2 full months, and both front axels were making noises. Consider it bad luck. Long story short, they quoted me a trade in of 1/3 what I paid for the car. I'm just thinking that it's not a great way to bring customers back. Especially when I know they will turn around and sell it again, probably for what I paid for it. Come on, DD. Give me something I can brag about. I know you have e to make a buck. SMH!!
