Kyle was great. Very informative on what I was dealing with and other things I needed. He was sensitive to my financial situation as far as needing to stretch out my repairs and what was important to get done first. No pressure. I will keep working with Kyle.
Once given the service I wanted which was an oil change, I agreed to do an alignment. When car was ready the alignment was not done so I ended up waiting 30 more minutes. Then walked to the car and the hood wasn't shut, once we opened it the inside filter and engine filter were still sitting on the engine. Not very responsible service by all .
