Didn't feel welcome. Billing clerk was hostile. I arrived on time but had to wait, even though there were therapists standing around looking at their smarts. Using cell phones in the patient areas is never a good sign. I'm wireless radiation sensitive. That kind of person isn't even a consideration in the annals of modern 'health care'.
