Customer service was fine .. Wanted to charge $600 to tell me where a leak was in a 3 foot square area .. and wouldn't include that charge as part of the repair. I'd pass on these guys
***Edit to Add*** I had a feeling he would come back and reply that this didnt happen, as he has done on many others review. This did indeed happen to my mother, the week of January 13 - 17, 2025!! The worst. Had cancelled an appt that my mother with dementia made and talked in depth to the gal that took my phone call. I explained this in depth, and told her that the gas company came out to turn everything off. Terrible customer service, do not do business with these people highly unprofessional and do not deserve your hard earned money. Will leave your property in shambles you’re better off dealing with a generic plumbing company so sad that this is a local business
