Del Boykin State Farm is absolutely amazing! The entire team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They make everything from getting quotes to handling claims super easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers and take the time to make sure you understand your coverage. It’s rare to find an office that treats you like family, but that’s exactly how they operate here. I couldn’t recommend them enough — 10/10 experience every time!

I was with Larry DiBiase since 2011. It's been down hill since he left. Customer service is lacking. Carmen doesn't return phone calls or emails. She says she will call you back and never does. When you do manage to speak to her, she uses a very fake customer service tone and her wording is condescending. The newer receptionist, Paulina, is mostly nice but young and seems to lack professional training. I miss being able to call and they know my name.
