Upon entering this establishment, I was greeted by the receptionist. She is very nice and very professional. She handed me the documents for me to sign. While I was waiting, I had a cup of coffee. I was called back by a young man, I didn’t get his name, but also very nice and professional. He was either a nurse or a medical assistant. Very pleasant personality. Great care and service.
A great experience! I took my mom here a week ago to have her foot examined and as suspected...she was experiencing an ingrown toenail. The front office admin and nurse tech as well as Dr. Hayes were professional, caring and concerned. Dr. Hayes was also funny which made the mood light instead of doom and gloom. We will definitely return!! :-)
Dr Hayes is very fast and efficient. The staff makes you feel like family.
