This is the most backwards ran office I've ever encountered. I called 4 times to request a referral be called into my insurance. I supplied all the information to them to make it as easy as possible and was kind and understanding each time I called even though they had no record of the previous calls, and I was getting increasingly annoyed. Each time I was told they would call it in for me. I gave been a patient with this clinic since I was a child. Both Sears' are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and have great bedside manner. They listen to your concerns and don't just address one ailment or concern but try to make sure everything is addressed. Dr. H is an amazing addition just as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sears is incredibly kind, patient, and skilled. His expertise is amazing, he's a true witness for The Lord, and he has the right procedures to effect healing. He's probably the best doctor we've ever contacted, and and we admire him and his practice immensely.

First, Christy the PA is incompetent. Then they have the nerve to charge $50 for copies of your medical records. That is absurd and unethical.
