I am extremely pleased with Larry Bowles Pools. He was helpful through every step of the process. Every part of construction went according to plan even though there were a few weather related setbacks. Larry Bowels Pool’s is a phenomenal company. Larry built us a pool a couple years ago. It was the best decision we ever made. We are in the process of building another one here soon.
Extremely rude customer service. When I spoke to a representative to inquire about a potential resurfacing project, I was told "No," and them an immediate hang up. I was unable to follow up with additional questions because of the rude hangup. I won't be doing business with this organization.
