Rude and inattentive
It is the best visit I’ve had with a doctor and his PA. Dr. Armstrong is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone that has back problems because he knows what he’s doing and he cares
HORRiBLE customer service and uncaring medical staff and after almost 2 months of waiting to see Dr Armstrong for surgery I will now have more time, pain, and money to spend with another Physician. Referred to Dr Larry Armstrong for herniated discs after being in pain for 8 months with many failed therapies. I am also fully insured and should be a desirable customer. Dr Victor Armstrong and Stacy Armstrong, their entire clinic and wonderful staff are and have been one of the best we’ve ever had. After moving there in 2006 we were incredibly fortunate to choose them as our primaries. Can’t say enough good about the clinic and my families experience with them.

NOT A DR ANYONE WOULD WANT TO SEE IF YOUR SICK BUT HE WILL GIVE PRESCRIPTION FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE
Back in November, right before Thanksgiving I had neck surgery. Dr Armstrong was very nice to me. Before I was crying for help every time. I laughed when he told me that after surgery I would feel 100%. Dr Armstrong did not lie in any of it. Thank you so much Dr Armstrong. Jacki Coffeen
My mother went to see Dr Weilert and the initial visit seemed fine. She’s been trying to obtain an MRI to track the progression of her spinal malformation. And while she had previous documentation of the problem we still had to jump through the insurance hoops. This is where the problems started. There was no follow through on behalf of the clinic. Dr. Armstrong and his staff were outstanding in every respect from my first appointment and throughout my surgery. The hospital stay was overnight. That was another story. I chalk it up to being there during COVID. The nursing staff was mostly friendly but seemed short staffed and a bit disorganized.
