We had our own House plans and LA. CONSTRUCTION Larry and Brian did a superb job with building our home and kept in touch every step of the way as we were out of state during this project. Everything was done and home was complete in 5 months Highly recommend L.A CONSTRUCTION for all of your building needs in Eastern Tennessee
No tar paper under shingles. Foundation wall was built with no wire between the courses, no rebar, co concrete in the cells, was not attached to the house, no gravel behind it or weep holes in it. Worst retaining wall I have seen in 35 years of being in the business.
I had a good experience while having this company build my house, but I've found some problems with the build after living here a while. Brian was in charge of my build and not Larry so not every experience is the same I'm sure. We moved into our house pretty happy, but just a few months into living in it I realized there were some major flaws. It kind of looks like they built my house with scratch and dent stuff because there are dents in all kinds of things such as doors, the bathtub, and the dishwasher. That was just mino... read more
