History Established in 1998. Macomb's Original Pizza Tradition In 1952, James Aurelio opened the Italian Village, Macomb's first pizzeria, in downtown Macomb. Today, James' son, Larry, follows in his father's footsteps by producing the very same pizza that was enjoyed by countless satisfied customers at the Italian Village for 23 years.

The pizza was delicious.
On a day trip across Illinois, my family and myself stopped in for a pizza. We didn't realize that they shutdown in between lunch and dinner. Larry met us at the door and as I was asking about the times on the door (we were 10 minutes from them closing), Larry said "I'll make you a pizza." He told us not to rush, and that pizza was delicious. Half supreme and half cheese. I'd give more than 5 stars if I only could. Thanks Larry A's, we'll be back, but next time I'll pay better attention to the hours
My husband and I travele 2.5 hours to get this pizza...we get half backed to take back home to freeze and 1 cooked for the road. The owner knows us and is very kind😋😋
