If I could give this office negative zero I would. I should have known not to book an appointment with this office. The first time the put me on hold in mid sentence. Then disconnected that call. I call they answered left me hold for over 15 mins. The third time I finally got through but through out the booking process they would just put me on hold while I'm talking. Dr. Jinks is wonderful. He is precise, he listens to you, respectful, and explains his findings and observations with you at the end of the visit. I felt cared for and had a good quality visit with him. His nurse was friendly and caring as well. I did not once feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend.
Very bad customer service!. Call to set a appointment put me in hold for long time.
