The Larrupin is located in a beautiful remote redwood location off old highway 101. This restaurant is incredibly eclectic with glass covered handwoven Chinese rugs for tablecloths, rare Indian and local artwork, an amazing outdoor patio with live music and guest chefs during the summer weekends, we grow our own herbs and edible flowers and purchase our produce from local organic farmers. A hidden treasure This place is quite out of the way, you'd never find it unless you were looking for it. I have only eaten upstairs, but the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is great. The menu is a little limited, but the food is very good. The appetizers are amazing, with unusual combinations of food. It seems like they run out of stuff a lot, but I usually go on a weekend during the Christmas season, when they're very busy.
This is our annual place for our anniversary. The food is always fantastic and the waitstaff is amazing! Be prepared to pay for excellence as you get it here!
