Such a nice complex - not just 1 but 2 pools and an awesome gym. My landlord is super responsive and has made my experience here 11/10. I’m walking distance from Whole Foods and a 2 minute drive from Nordstrom Rack. Like who doesn’t want to live here.
This place is honestly a hidden gem. Amazing location, great amenities, and the property is beautiful. I’ve never had a single issue and I know a bunch of the owners and tenants here who would say the same. No scorpions, no weird leaks, no plumbing disasters, no insulation drama, and the gates actually work (a rare luxury these days!). Seriously, don’t let the bad reviews scare you off - you’ll LOVE living here. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay kick your shoes and stay awhile :)
Ongoing issues with bugs, especially scorpions constantly crawling up the drains. The second story had persistent problems with leaks and poor insulation. Would not recommend.
