This place is the worst. Paper thin walls and floors, the lobby floods when it rains hard and smells like mildew. The hoa doesn’t even care to put in a plug in after to take away the smell. People get stuck in the one elevator, and the other one that goes to the only laundry in the building has been broken for over a month. They barely answer emails. If I owned in this building and had to pay hoa fees to these people I would be madddddd.
