Pizzas were cut incorrectly (standard instead of square shape), it happens, I understand. But 3 sauce cups were missing from my order and I reached out to customer service a week later and was told "sorry, reach out sooner next time." No offer of a refund or gift card or anything. Life happens and people get busy - it is not as if I said the whole order was missing. It was a simple $2 and now, I will never order from a larosas again. Hope keeping the $2 was worth it to them 👍
Take out. Hoagy and pizza were tasty
I am done with Larosas. They have gotten SO CHEAP with their cheese and quality the last few years. Its a shame because they are a local successful company. Unfortunately they have been reduced to mediocrity
