I always do carry out and I like my pizza to be cooked well done and they have been doing a great job of dialing in my pizza I just picked up the most perfectly cooked pizza ever a few minutes ago and I am enjoying every bite. Cooked well done to perfection just how I like it thank you guys you knocked it out of the park!!!!

I work in Hebron near the airport, and have ordered for delivery many times. Yes, there has been the occasional mishap with the order, however the issue has always been resolved. The delivery people have always been very professional and on time. Most often they arrive early.

Rude servers who do not greet you, do not check on you instead have to find them to request additional items. The manager instead is clueless to what goes on and has no control over staff. She did not resolve the issue of my order being wrong,late,cold and very unprofessional. I will no longer eat at this Larosa. I always ate here since it opened twice a week and now everytime I come in it only get's worse. This restaurant is part of a popular pizza chain in the Cincinnati area. Monday and Tuesday nights spaghetti-a-plenty is a deal that can't be beat. $4.99 gets you a salad, spaghetti, garlic bread or breadsticks with refills on bread and spaghetti. Wednesday night has kids make your own one topping pizza with a drink and cookie for $3.99. Lots of fun.

By far the best pizza ever. Best Customer service as well. Everything I get is fresh, warm and delicious. The call center is great. My last order was placed with Robin. She was the very professional and very helpful.

Slow!!! Been here twice in the last 6 months .there wasnt a big crowd but it still took over 30 min to get food. It took 10mins to even get a server after we was seated. Just over all a bad experience. I love Larosa but this is the slowest one I have ever been to.

Always a problem! Either no sauce, or too much. I have got pizzas that have stacks of pepperoni covering the pizza, like .5' think (like 6-7 pepperonis stuck together) covering the whole pizza, when asked for 1/2 cheese. They are almost always busy, so pizza gets delivered cold. I am not much of a complainer, but this is the worst Larosa's I've had delivered.
