The old LaRosa's before this one was way so so much better .. This one yea nice restaurant being New... Food was not good.
Just had a perfect experience. I ordered online said it would be ready within 15. It was ready in 10. I pulled up in about 15, I was asked a few questions after ringing the bell such as... If I needed napkins, plates etc, and then I was handed my food by a young lady who had a bright smile and perfect manners.
EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER FROM HERE THEY MESS IT UP! And if you pay the 2 dollars for provolone cheese on your fries thats just money thrown down the drain... they aren't competent enough to put cheese ontop of French fries..... the have 'forgotten' our cheese the last 4 times we ordered and this time the messed up our pizzas too so we are done with monroe larosas! Ill drive to liberty township where they actually give you what you order!
Spent about 45 bucks on a delivery order. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a large pizza. Both were unsatisfactory. Spaghetti and meatballs with an extra meatball and extra sauce. It came with neither and the spaghetti was stuck together in a lot of places. Portions of it were clearly devoid of sauce. Pizza was ordered with extra sauce and extra cheese but those were also noticeably missing. Also looked like it had been thrown around in the box and came misshapen. It's like no one even bothered to look at added options.... read more
