This LaRosa’s is the most incompetent one there is. They never get the order right or pay attention. And the quality of LaRosa’s sucks now anyway, but this is bad even for the reduced quality. Order a whole hoagy, had the right ticket on it, but was the completely wrong order.
The app wasn't showing the cart for checkout. My phone rep was difficult to understand. Good English but muffled voice. Love the food though.
Update: I caved and ordered from here again... order was still wrong. Salad was wilted, no cheese in my Baked Onion Soup... 5x now they didn't put cheese in it even when I've asked for extra cheese. I asked for meat sauce for my daughters spaghetti they threw in a few pieces of beef toppings for the pizza and called it a day apparently...
