Corporate customer service is poor. I was shorted on my order and when I contacted customer service, they responded by saying they were sorry but refused to compensate. Update: I had tried responding to their customer service after their first snub and requested again for a credit but was ghosted. Now they want me to try contacting a third time. A another great experience at larosa's. They hire the right kind of people.They have the right kind of atmosphere where you can get a safe, wonderful meal.At a good price. Please changeThe mop water or change the mop head before you mop.The rock is super clean, but man, it smells like a dirty mop head.They use an old mop head when they mop the restaurant and you can tell when you're walking the door it smells kind of like rumpke.
