We came to the Florence area and were looking for a dine-in place close to our hotel. We had been to LaRosa’s before in Cincy a year ago and we were so happy they had more locations in KY! Being from Northern Ohio, we wish this chain was in northeast Ohio! We ordered the crispy pan crust on each of our pizzas. We also ordered pretzel bites and house made potato chips that came with a sweet and spicy diablo dip. The server was great. He was on top of everything and I didn't have to all for a refill at all as he was on it. The pizza was delicious and the place was clean.
We had a birthday party of 15 last night and Kelsey was our server. She was friendly, attentive, and top-notch in every way. Would love to see her get a raise or promotion. Our experience with the food and the service was nothing short of perfect. Thank you, Kelsey, and the Florence (Merchant St.) LaRosa's!
