Tonight I ordered a large pizza and hoagies and calzones. One of the hoagies was supposed to be a double baked royal with Italian dressing on side. So the first time we picked the food up instead of the double baked royal they gave me a double steak hoagy so after calling and going thro the phone nightmare with them they said they'd remake my sandwhich if I wanted to go pick it up so I accepted that not happily cuz I have to make another trip there only to pick up another screwed up sandwhich we eat at Larosas establishments... read more
So I pass up the Larosas in Covington because they have a delivery driver named Travis I believe is his name that was very rude and disrespectful to my son during his deliveries so I been going to the buttermilk pike store I spend good money at this place and they can't seem to ever get my orders 100% correct so while my family enjoys there food hot I have to go back there and pick up my right food cuz they think a double baked royal is supposed to be a double steak hoagy then on the phone they tell me they'll remake the rig... read more
Fantastic Pizza and the staff is great. I highly recommend this place for Pizza and Wings.
I am done with Larosas. They have gotten SO CHEAP with their cheese and quality the last few years. Its a shame because they are a local successful company. Unfortunately they have been reduced to mediocrity
Ky was an amazing breath of fresh air. They were so friendly and professional that we came back for more. We will be eating at this location more often because of Ky.
