Very rude was having a side conversation before taking my order. Then I asked what the specials were she hung up on me. Will not buy from this location again
I ordered just right combo with hoagie, kettle chips, salad and pizza sauce, pretzel bites. No steak hoagie. Called back in. Said I ordered right but when read back to me hoagie was not mentioned. MY fault because I didn’t catch it. Sending back food! They charged me $28** and would be $8.00 more to change it to the correct order. No more. DONE! $36.00??
I ordered a cheese pizza on 2/21/26. I received a pepperoni pizza instead. Because Larosas puts there pepperoni under their cheese I was unable to tell that the pizza had pepperoni on it until halfway through eating the first slice. Pork makes me violently ill. Vomiting, Diarrhea, extreme loss of fluids and GI issues. Edited to add: We've called back, stayed on hold for 15 minutes and been hung up on again! Always order light sauce because they always drown their pizzas. Our pizza wad oozing so much sauce it was bleeding out the back and sides of the crust. I took photos. When we called the call center to have it corrected, one of the managers on duty hung up on us. So now we have a garbage pizza that nobody in our house will eat and no dinner. Great customer service Buddy!
