Edited to add: We've called back, stayed on hold for 15 minutes and been hung up on again! Always order light sauce because they always drown their pizzas. Our pizza wad oozing so much sauce it was bleeding out the back and sides of the crust. I took photos. When we called the call center to have it corrected, one of the managers on duty hung up on us. So now we have a garbage pizza that nobody in our house will eat and no dinner. Great customer service Buddy!
Everything was real good np at all it was great
So I order the same thing everytime I order I get a calzone with green olives & onion with extra of both , and I go threw it everytime the workers always argue with me about how that’s 4 ingredients no it’s not it’s 2 ingredients just extra so this time I got a supervisor on the phone and I told her my issue and she she decided to argue with me as well when the supervisors in the past have told us it’s only 2 ingredients just extra ..shes insisted I was wrong so we go to the Newport ky location and the manager argued the sam... read more
They suck. The forest park store to be exact. Stop ordering from LaRosa’s. They don’t care.
If you want good food and excellent service visit LaRose on SR48 Lebanon OH. My wife and I had dinner there tonight. Best onion soup of all the LaRosa restaurants I've eaten in.
