had a appointment and no one told me this place shut down for the second time
Called this office for a week straight to confirm/check my appointment date/time. No one every answered the phone. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that appointment could change because they were not sure if they would even have a hygienist that day so I said just schedule on a day you would have one. Informed that they not sure when they may or may not have hygienist available. The most unorganized and messy dental office. This office went downhill after Pinnix-Bailey sold it.
I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and I come to an 8 o’clock appointment and no one informed me that they were not going to be there, pretty unprofessional!
