LaRocca Inspections came through for us again. Our last inspection from LaRocca was so thorough that we decided not to purchase the property. We used them again for a home we are currently in escrow on. The home is large and multilevel and we wanted to have a thorough inspection to check for deferred maintenance or problem areas.
