I was inappropriately touched by an older white male doctor. He used a red-light therapy device on my neck and a message gun on my buttocks and buttcheeks and made a disturbing comment “You had a really nice accident” and “Can you handle this”. He adjusted the treatment bed to move my butt raise up and down repeatedly. My trauma response was shocked, confused frozen. Not because I was okay with it. I had a great first experience here. Everyone was very nice and kind. Front desk, the doctor and Xray tech are all very knowledgeable, personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come here. You will have a good experince.
Excellent staff and location! I was referred here by our attorney, after a car accident. Rosa, Dr. Wilson, and the rest of the staff are very helpful and informative. Had X-Rays taken here, and were referred out to TBI for MRIs, and to Universal to see a specialist. However, the treatment we received at LaRocca was phenomenal and I would highly recommend them.
Rosa at the front desk is one of the sweetest people you will ever talk to. She is so helpful in getting you in the right place for all your other needs. She is great with communicating with you and she will make calls to get you into the right specialist. All the doctors here are also very nice and caring. They will do everything they can to get you feeling better. They will also work with you to have treatments the way you need.
