As a die - heart cyclist , 3/5/26 was a beautiful day turned horrible. To be hit is every cyclist fear, but thank GOD for his grace & mercy. After my accident LaRocca took over my treatment, MRI's, consultation, specialist and transportation. From day one the Doctors, nurses and receptionist, was kind, respectful and professional. I appreciate the mental consoling as well the physical, when the tunnel is dim. An my only thought is WHEN CAN I RIDE again... I can't say enough about the Temple Terrace, small office on a hill...
Maria scheduled my appointment and provided clear guidance on the next steps following my car accident. I was evaluated by the doctors today, and they were excellent.
I was inappropriately touched by an older white male doctor. He used a red-light therapy device on my neck and a message gun on my buttocks and buttcheeks and made a disturbing comment “You had a really nice accident” and “Can you handle this”. He adjusted the treatment bed to move my butt raise up and down repeatedly. My trauma response was shocked, confused frozen. Not because I was okay with it. I had a great first experience here. Everyone was very nice and kind. Front desk, the doctor and Xray tech are all very knowledgeable, personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come here. You will have a good experince.
