Very friendly staff and doctor and treatment room staff
Can’t even get a appointment so you can’t it’s a joke
This is a great medical practice, and virtually everyone you deal with - from the receptionists to the GPs and nurses - are excellent. But… it is virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP. I have personally made up to 200 calls from 8.30am, and by the time I get through, all of the appointments are gone. I have total empathy and sympathy with the staff, but when a patient can’t see a doctor, something is very very wrong. Edit: Got through at 8.31am.
