Can’t even get a appointment so you can’t it’s a joke
This is a great medical practice, and virtually everyone you deal with - from the receptionists to the GPs and nurses - are excellent. But… it is virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP. I have personally made up to 200 calls from 8.30am, and by the time I get through, all of the appointments are gone. I have total empathy and sympathy with the staff, but when a patient can’t see a doctor, something is very very wrong. Edit: Got through at 8.31am. Receptionist's are great, ever since the contract change trying to get medication reviewed, looked at or just to see a GP is nearly impossible. For the last 2 years I've been ringing and easily get to 70/80 calls before finding out maximum capacity is reached. Time flies by so quick more and more issues keep arising and by the time I do get to see a GP there's not enough time to explain what's going on. I genuinely feel totally let down by the NHS.
