Laramore's quality has suffered over the past year. Our common areas are full of weeds and or bare spots. Their applications of weed killer, fertilizer, and seed were inadequate. Of course, this results in reducing their need to mow which saves them money. My friend in the neighborhood also uses Laramore for her home lawn and she is very upset as yesterday they literally ruined her lawn - tearing it up in chunks and forming ruts.
The quality of the landscaping is poor. Plants have died, grass is sparse, the fill dirt used is like clay and I would not recommend Larmore.
Laramore has gone downhill. Our common areas are filled with weeds, aeration and seeding was haphazard, mowing is erratic. If you are a community or just an individual, I can send you pictures that would easily support this review.
