We had windows instaled in 2009. I cakled them this year ( 2016 ) about a problem with one of our windows, they came and fixed it fir charge at all. These are the nicest windows we've ever had. Insulated well, and they clean easy. They were a good value.
Worst place to work for ever! The president is the biggest jerk I have ever known, the receptionist is a known two-faced backstabber, some of the salesmen, particularly Jim and Danny are nasty. Also the telemarketers are mostly white trash. The president is known for hiring and firing telemarketers right away, which is why the telemarketing department has such a high turnover rate.
