I gave him one star for effort. If you’re a woman and have been through abuse, please don’t use him as a mediator in your divorce. If he gets assigned to you, ask for a different one. I hope to save others’ from experiencing what I have and from being retraumatized all over again. In my experience and opinion at least, Shel is very biased and favors the man. I had the good fortunate to utilize Mr. Larky as a facilitator for a 52-4 Troy District Court matter. To my surprise, not only did Mr. Larky review my Brief but he took it upon himself to carefully review the ENTIRE file at the District Court. I find him supremely fastidious and an impressive listener. As a lawyer, I will utilize his skills in the future in an effort to resolve my civil litigation disputes.
