An unfortunate review update from 5 stars to 2 because of a major issue they refuse to resolve. Our HVAC system was installed with a defect and it took 7 months and 4 attempts to fix it. The system had 4 failures which resulted in the temps dropping into the 40’s and 50’s for days during this past winter. They eventually fixed a leak in the cooling system but refused to analyze and program the system correctly, resulting in other problems. I have a bouncing floor in my hallway and kitchen. They also built my kitchen cabinets in a gray color instead of picking one of the two choices I had given them. And they refused to fix any of my concerns. How does a builder pick a completely different color selection and ignores the two selections I had made. I moved into the Spruce unit at Larkwood in the middle of February, and I’ve had a great experience so far. I absolutely love the layout—it has a classic townhouse feel with a very traditional setup that’s both functional and inviting. The space is incredibly roomy, and the open-concept design makes it feel even more spacious and comfortable for everyday living. Edit: the negative review has been deleted. Please don’t let one bad review deter you from this development; you can’t make everyone happy. The residents I have spoken to, and myself and my family, are enjoying this community and our homes. Sure, we had a few minor issues, but that is expected, and they were promptly rectified. Overall, we have had a positive experience so far, and expect that will continue.
