Edit: the negative review has been deleted. Please don’t let one bad review deter you from this development. You can’t make everyone happy. The residents I have spoken to, and myself and my family, are enjoying this community and our homes. Sure, we had a few minor issues, but that is expected, and they were promptly rectified. Overall, we have had a positive experience so far, and expect that will continue. Our only complaint is the complainers, but you will always get that in communal living.
We are currently going through the build process and will update once done and moved in. So far, the experience with Larkwood has been excellent. Their on-site team - the ones we’ve been working with: Stacey, Nikki and Bridget - are friendly, honest, responsive and competent. This is the first new home we’ve moved into and we haven’t moved anywhere in 25 years so they have been very patient and accommodating of all the questions we’ve had.

Not very good once you've moved in. Deceptive business practices abound!
