Where to even start... Move in experience 1/5 stars: apartment was filthy. Was not properly cleaned by their "cleaning" services. Dust everywhere, dirty windows, questionable drops of *something* on all the walls (that would not scrub off - had to be painted over), fridge was broken, microwave dirty, drip pans dirty, etc etc. There were huge patched holes in several doors that they promised would be replaced, which never were. The staff also misrepresented the color scheme I would have for the apartment, which I had framed ... read more
