The town of Larkspur and this mobile home community are a little slice of heaven. Everything is beautiful and the community is very well maintained and ordered. Lynn, the community manager, is an absolute gem -- thorough, efficient and super friendly. Jennifer, the owner, has deep family roots to the community and town and she is an honest, fair and transparent business person.
