The town of Larkspur and this mobile home community are a little slice of heaven. Everything is beautiful and the community is very well maintained and ordered. Lynn, the community manager, is an absolute gem -- thorough, efficient and super friendly. Jennifer, the owner, has deep family roots to the community and town and she is an honest, fair and transparent business person. This place has been such a beautiful spot to call home over the last several years. There truly aren’t words to describe how wonderful the community is here, some of the best humans I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet! We love the location, right off the highway, but it feels as if you’re deep in the mountains. It’s quiet and peaceful, and there are unmatched views of the stars on any given night.
