I rented several storage units from this company. As management employees changed so did the terms of use. My original agreement was my bill would be paid by the 10th of the month. When the new employee came on the scene the bill needed to be paid by the 6th of the month. I had an agreed exit date set for the 6th, but needed one more day to empty my 30-foot unit.
