I am new to the Larkspur Courts Apartments. I am very appreciative of Ramiro and Marvin of the expert maintenance crew helping me so expediently. They were at my doorstep as soon as I placed the call with the leasing office about a minor leak from the laundry closet ceiling fan, and they quickly discovered a laundry machine was backing up above. I also had placed a lot of clothes on a rack in the bedroom closet which caused it to dislodge partially from its position, and the rack was re-bracketed and reinforced nicely. Ve... read more
Not So Hot and Watch Out for Rent Hikes! Roof rats, mold, poor maintenance and frequent car break-ins are problems we experienced during 3 years we lived here. They raised our rent by 25% over the past 12 months, so we have to move. It seems like the vacancy rate is high now. We got lured in on lower rent, but beware, once you are in, they hike up the rent every year. 10% has been the minimum

EDIT 1/30/20: After not living at Larkspur Courts for almost a year and being told at the time of move-out (May2019) that I would not owe ANYTHING after my last month of rent, I've been battling with the administration team over "utility fees" that apparently weren't covered by my deposit that I gave them at the time of move-in. First impressions... 5 star facilities, 5 stars for all the management team, they are all very friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Huge thanks to Vivian and Julie for all the help. If you are looking for a place to live in Marin County, I would highly recommend viewing this luxury property. The amenities are amazing and it is a very welcoming community.
