I am new to the Larkspur Courts Apartments. I am very appreciative of Ramiro and Marvin of the expert maintenance crew helping me so expediently. They were at my doorstep as soon as I placed the call with the leasing office about a minor leak from the laundry closet ceiling fan, and they quickly discovered a laundry machine was backing up above. I also had placed a lot of clothes on a rack in the bedroom closet which caused it to dislodge partially from its position, and the rack was re-bracketed and reinforced nicely. Ve... read more
