Really disappointed in the service. We’ve been using Larkspur Cleaners for 6 months now but one of our clothes batched was messed up. Some clothes were brand new sent to the cleaner for the first time. Our clothes dramatically shrunk. One of the employees said that mu husband and I must have friend weight. She didn’t try to understand what happened. The clothes shrunk everywhere including the length. She kept saying to wait for 2 months for the owner to come back in the country. They dry cleaned my wedding dress! Usually it’s one of those pieces you want to ensure they do a great job. And they exceeded my expectations. My dress has beading which I was afraid it would fall off from the dry cleaning heat. But they took care of it. I’ve also had comforters cleaned.
Friendly staffs and quality work! Couldn’t ask more from this company. They were fast and could get the work done. Their staff is very responsive, skilled and friendly!
