Treated my mother terribly after having surgery.
Horrible place!!! Nursing staff un caring and cold. My mom almost died because of total lack of care and did in fact die within a week of us moving her out of that horrible place due to thier lack of care.
They took awesome care of my PawPaw. Everyone was so nice to all of us when we went to visit him
they have horrible social services, mistakes not taking patients to doctor when scheduled, head of physical therapy didn't care about anything except the bottom line because the moment insurance stopped paying he vocalized and acted out not continuing therapy.... overall the attending staff was great but the experience is soured by a few i dealt with...
My daddy is here right now. So far, it is okay. I have one problem that is eating at me. He fell the other night and I am the responsible party for him and I was never called by them. He had to call me the next morning to let me know. Now, I will have someone there 24/7 to make sure he is taken care of the way we was promised. I can not have him hurt anymore than he is now.
The only reason they got one star is because I couldn’t leave zero stars and comment. I rarely leave bad reviews but I am making an exception In this case. They had a family member of mine for just a little while for rehab after major surgery and after seeing the horrible care she got I would never recommend this place to another person. She had to be hospitalized and have surgery because she had such a massive infection. She came very close to dying from that infection.
