We we’re having a water condensation problem with our furnace and called Larkin after another company told us we needed a new furnace costing nearly $9000 ($2000) higher than other estimates for a new two stage furnace. When Ryan Larkin came, he found that the P-trap was clogged and simply cleaned it out saving us thousands! He charged us a reduced fee (since we lived nearby) of $98 for his knowledgeable and friendly service. Thank you Ryan. We really appreciate your kindness, honesty and expertise!

I can't say enough that could explain the awesome service that this company showed me today. I had been told we'd be 3 to 5 days out to fix a furnace by several companies today, I was told to contact Larkin HVAC and I literally cried when I was told "I can be there this evening" as this was for a elderly couple. When Ryan Larkin showed up he was very knowledgeable and fixed the main problem, he also let us know of a few other issues that needed to be addressed to get full use of the furnace.
