I called and Larkin came the next day. Brett was able to diagnose and fix my unit, plus perform maintenance and get it up and running perfectly and quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend.

I called Larkin this morning to get our new thermostat installed in our office building. Brett called a few min later to say he was on his way. Brett quickly replaced the thermostat with a new one we had already purchased, set it up, and explained how the new thermostat worked. From arrival to completion it only took him 20 min. He was great to work with and we would call them again!
