I too have experienced the poor medical billing practices that this group provides for the emergency room at Chi St. Lukes in Sugar Land. This group sent me one invoice and in two weeks turned me over to pre-collection for non-payment. They sent me a letter claiming they had mailed several notices then when confronted they admitted that my account showed I had only been sent one invoice.The doctor who saw me at the emergency room refuses to acknowledge her part in being contracted with this agency. The physicians from Larkin who do consult work at St. Luke's CHI in the medical center will scam you! They charged for services they didn't even provide and refused to help with resolving this billing issue. It's been a nightmare trying to deal with this group. Stay away from this place!
