We had a neighbor’s tree take out our power. Our insurance arranged for Jamie from Larkin to attend. His service is amazing. Telephoned me to let me know when he would be here and rang 10 mins before he arrived. He was efficient in difficult circumstances (darkness), replaced the damaged box and even managed to get United Energy back late at night to restore the power. I highly recommend Jamie and Larkin! Patrick was called to an after-hours power outage for our building in Maribyrnong and stayed until it was resolved (over 7hours). We had to order parts, get in touch with non-existent strata managers for building access as well as resolve other issues within the building since the pumps had failed too. He was prompt, to his word and was excellent in keeping me informed while on site, even if he was still just waiting on parts or for others to contact him. What a legend. Aari R was the electrician that was assigned our job and proved to be a very competent and reliable person. He was respectful and polite and worked diligently. He is an asset to the Larkin Electrical & Data company and should be commended for his display of professionalism.
