I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nieder. From my first visit, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is especially important when dealing with urological concerns. Mi experiencia con todo el personal ha sido muy positiva ,comenzando por la Directora de enfermeras la SRA HEIDI a quien le doy un 300% x ser una persona que nació para ayudar y dar apoyo en momentos tan difícil que una persona está tan afectada de tener a su familiar en un hospital ;también agradezco al SR PALACIOS x su asistencia y guía para ayudar a mi esposo ..GRACIAS , GRACIAS 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👏🏻👏🏻

Hola quiero dejarles saber mi experiencia en este hospital, específicamente en el quinto piso de psiquiatria,mi novio estuvo hay con un episodio,y la experiencia fue horribleeee,no le hacen caso a los pacientes cuando se quejan de dolor ,los dan por locos a todos parejos ,son malos sin una gota de sensibilidad humana ,los tratan como presos ,más bien párese una pricion ,en ves de una sala de recuperación,dónde debieran darle amor ,paz y seguridad ,en especial el jefe de los enfermeros (Wylian es grosero ,arrogante ,habla a l... read more

Please don’t bring your family member here. The lack of communication, care and discharge coordination is horrible. Without mentioning patient safety when it comes to medication administration. Instead of scanning the patient’s wrist band, the nurses have a piece of paper with all the patients labels. They write the patient’s name in a foam cup and pass it around.
