We closed on our home built by West Homes in August of 2020. I’ve waited almost 6 months to write this review in hopes that maybe they could redeem themselves, but they haven’t. It’s been nothing but issues since we’ve closed. 4 different leaks- project manager no where to be found- a hole in our kitchen ceiling for over a month now. It’s impossible to get ahold of ANYONE! We closed on the beginning of January to begin construction and they did nothing for 2 whole months! Finally when they started to build the foundation of the house we got our hopes up, but NO there's like no progress at all! It so frustrating we were planning to move by July but the house isn't even 25 % done! This company is really disappointing.
